		<description>When I feel stress I tend to want to get out and burn off some negative energy.  I always feel better afterward.  It is nice to know that physical activity is soo helpful. Reading about it helps me to stay motivated and keep thinking about staying active. It is important to stay focused and not let stress and our daily routines take over.</description>
